1. How do I edit a previously executed test case?

In order to do so, your user must have "Manage Test Execution" permission or "Modify Case Status". This can be configured from Account Dashboard > Roles. Click on the 'Edit' next to the role you intend to edit, and then check any of these appropriate permission.
